Monarch helps top women's health physicians move their practices from insurance-based fee-for-service to concierge membership, then runs the operating model behind them. Monarch funds the transition, enrolls the members, and builds the infrastructure, so physicians launch with patients and revenue already in place and go back to practicing medicine instead of running a business.

Women's health, especially in midlife, gets overlooked. 75% of women who seek care for menopause are left untreated, and 75% of US OB-GYNs report burnout. Monarch's first market is affluent women ages 40 to 70, about 6.4 million people and a $1.3B opportunity, who are already paying out of pocket for time, access, and continuity.

This is the consumer moving ahead of the system. Affluent women are already paying for care the insurance model can't deliver. Monarch turns that demand into durable, recurring revenue: roughly $400k ARR per physician, payback in 5 to 7 months, 80%+ contribution margin, and switching costs built into the practice's operating system. The first practice was cash-flow positive at go-live. The economics are real.
